This programme will guide you through the process of producing your pitch deck as well as getting you and your startup investor-ready by identifying flaws in your business model and preparing you for common questions, tactics, and skills so that you can successfully pitch to investors.

The details of the program are as follows:

·         Over the course of six months, you will have 12 one-on-one mentoring meetings with our mentors.

·         Each session will last one hour. If the mentor feels it essential, the session might be extended by 15 minutes at no additional cost.

·         Mentoring sessions can be conducted over the phone or via a video conferencing platform.

·         Following each session, you will be assigned tasks that must be completed by the following session.

·         Any assistance needed to complete the activities can be requested via WhatsApp. The response time ranges from a few minutes to 48 hours. If the situation is urgent, a 10-minute call can be arranged.

·         You can reach out to us via phone or WhatsApp to arrange for a convenient mentorship session ahead of time.

Expected outcome in 6 months are as follows:

Yes. The investment is structured as a convertible security. Companies receive an investment of $150,000 for around x% of their company (subject to dilution at the time of conversion of our convertible security).

The convertible security has certain special rights for Startups, including the right to make a follow-on investment of an additional $500,000 or 20% of your next priced round of $1,000,000 or more, whichever is lower, which expires after the conversion of our convertible security.
